At The Sarai Resort, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our guests. Please take a moment to read our Booking Policy carefully before making a reservation. By booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.


1. Reservation Process

Guests can make reservations through our official website, by email, or by contacting our reservations team directly.
To confirm your booking, accurate personal and payment details must be provided at the time of reservation.

Once your booking is confirmed, a confirmation email or message will be sent to the contact details you provide. Please review all details carefully to ensure accuracy.


2. Payment Policy

  • A valid payment method is required to secure all bookings.

  • We may require a partial or full advance payment at the time of booking, depending on the room type, duration of stay, and season.

  • Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, UPI, bank transfer, or cash (as applicable at the property).

  • Any remaining balance must be paid upon check-in or as per the booking confirmation.


3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date without any charge.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will be charged one night’s stay.

  • No-Show: If the guest does not arrive without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.

Please note that special packages, promotional rates, or group bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be mentioned at the time of booking.


4. Modification of Booking

Guests may request a modification to their booking (such as change of dates or room type) subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.
All modification requests should be made in writing via email or by contacting our reservation team directly.


5. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

  • Check-In Time: 12:00 PM

  • Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in for verification, as per local regulations.


6. Group Bookings

For group reservations (five rooms or more), special booking terms and payment policies may apply. Please contact our team directly for assistance with group bookings, corporate stays, or event packages.


7. No-Show Policy

If a confirmed guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date without prior intimation, the booking will be treated as a “no-show,” and the entire stay charge may be forfeited.


8. Refund Policy

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.


9. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control — such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies — The Sarai Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings without liability. We will make every effort to assist guests in rescheduling or refunding bookings as per the situation.
